Order adjustment and Cancellation Policy

  1. Timeframe for Reorder Notification: If a customer identifies that they have reordered the same photos within 48 hours of placing the reorder, they may contact INphotography to request a cancellation or adjustment. No fees will be applied if the order has not been printed or shipped at the time of the cancellation request.
  2. Already Printed Photos: If the reordered photos have already been printed, the customer will be responsible for the purchase cost of the printed photos. However, as a gesture of goodwill, INphotography may offer a partial refund or credit toward future purchases, up to 50% of the reorder value.
  3. Completed Orders: Once a reorder has been completed and shipped, the order becomes non-refundable. Customers may retain the reordered photos, and INphotography may, at its discretion, offer a discount or free shipping on the customer’s next order as a goodwill gesture.
  4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are encouraged to maintain a record of their photo orders. To help prevent unintentional reorders, please check your email receipts and bank receipts or complete our Customer Enquiry form for our admin team to assist you.
